I have experience in counseling adolescents and adults working through grief, relationship (familial, intimate, or platonic) dynamics, and social emotional growth. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. I prioritize your comfortability while empowering you to build a life you are both proud of and passionate about.

 

When out of the office, I enjoy reading anything fiction, listening to anything true crime, watching comfort tv and spending time with my husband and little one.
